The White Pole Road Development Corporation meets on the fourth Tuesday of the month from April-October. We are a 501(c)3 non-profit group of community volunteers who represent the five towns. Officers include: John Fisher, President; Audrey Wells, Vice President; & Matt Smith, Treasurer.

The White Pole Road Scenic Byway designation is a twenty-year culmination of work by the White Pole Road Development Corporation. This 501c3 non-profit corporation was formed in 2002 by the communities of Adair, Casey, Menlo, Stuart, and Dexter with the mission to create a tourism industry that brings new visitors and related revenues to each of the five communities and improves the quality of life with its residents.
Now we need your help to enhance our 26-mile rural attraction and keep our 547 poles white. These poles connect our region physically and spiritually. Over the years we have branded and promoted our attractions; researched and shared stories about our cultural heritage; and hosted various events to build community. We’ve created a sense of place while reflecting on those who have traveled before us.
